Where are they made and what are the dimensions?

Proudly made in France. Each puzzle consists of 1000 pieces printed on high-quality FSC-certified cardboard. Once completed, they measure 68 × 49 cm, offering a stunning and durable finish, thanks to their original hand-painting illustrations

What is included and do you have tips for solving it?

Inside the box, you will find a cotton pouch to store the pieces and an A4 guide print. To solve it like a pro: sort pieces by color and build the edges first. It is perfect for framing once finished!

I lost a piece of my puzzle, what should I do?

For any request, please send an email to orders@allthewaystosay.com with: the batch number (on the back of the box), your address, and a photo of the completed puzzle allowing us to identify the missing piece. We will do our best to help you find the missing piece.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely! We do not include any price on the delivery slip inside the package. However, please note that we cannot add a personalized note inside the package at this time. You can simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address.
