We do not ship directly to Israel from our website. However, you can find our products at our local distributor: Yooletta.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. You can click on this link to track the shipment in real-time. If you cannot find the email, please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folders.

Note: For shipments via Mondial Relay, we recommend downloading their mobile app for smoother tracking. In case of major issues with your delivery, you can contact us directly at orders@allthewaystosay.com.

Where are the products shipped from?

All your orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our workshop located in France. This allows us to guarantee responsive shipping and rigorous tracking of each package to all our destinations.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? No problem. In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item.

Please note: Items must be returned new, unopened, and in their original packaging. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete items will not be accepted or refunded.

Are return costs covered?

Yes, for a standard return (change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If the package is lost by the carrier during the return, we cannot proceed with the refund without proof of postage.

I received a damaged or defective item, what should I do?

We are sincerely sorry! Despite the care taken with our packaging, transport incidents can happen.

Important: Do not send the item back.

What is the return procedure?

To return an item, please pack the products carefully to protect them during transport. Include a note with your Name and Order Number inside the package.

How long does the refund take?

Once your return package is received and inspected by our teams, the refund will be triggered within 5 to 10 business days. The amount will be credited directly to the payment method used for the order (Credit Card or PayPal).

Is it possible to exchange an item?

We do not offer direct standard exchanges. If you want a different color or model, the fastest solution is to:

  1. Return the item that does not suit you for a refund.
  2. Place a new order on the site for the desired item.
I lost a piece of my puzzle, what should I do?

To make a request, send an email to orders@allthewaystosay.com with: the batch number (on the back of the box), your address, and a photo of the completed puzzle allowing us to identify the missing piece.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?

At the moment, we do not offer a gift wrapping service, nor the possibility of adding a handwritten or printed note in the package. Your items are packed with care for transport but arrive in their standard packaging.

I want to send a gift directly, will the price be displayed?

Rest assured: no price appears on the delivery slip included in the package. You can therefore have your order delivered directly to the recipient without them knowing the amount of your purchase. The invoice is sent only by email to the buyer.

Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?

Our logistics teams are very fast! If you made a mistake with the address or product, contact us at orders@allthewaystosay.com.

  • If the order has not yet been processed: We will do what is necessary to modify or cancel it.
  • If the order has already been shipped: Unfortunately, it is too late. You will have to wait for the receipt of the package to follow a standard return procedure.

Do you offer personalized products (e.g., Name on a notebook)?

We do not offer personalization on single units (no name marking or color change). Our products are sold as shown in the photos on the site, featuring our studio's exclusive designs.

Where are your products made?

We prioritize local production whenever possible:

  • Stationery, puzzles, calendars, coloring books: Designed and made in France 🇫🇷.
  • Wooden trays: Made in Sweden 🇸🇪.
  • Accessories: Pins, keychains, and small textile accessories are made in China.
Are the posters sold with a frame?

No, our posters are sold without a frame. We use standard sizes (18x24 cm, 29.7x39.7 cm, 50x70 cm) so you can easily find the perfect match in shops.

However, we offer magnetic oak wood frames to display your posters. They do not damage the paper and can be installed in a second. You can discover them right here.

How do I care for my accessories (pouches, cases, jewelry boxes...)?

For our synthetic accessories, we strictly advise against using a washing machine or dryer.

  • Cleaning: Simply use a soft cloth, slightly dampened with soapy water.
  • Drying: Let them air dry, away from any direct heat source.
Are your products eco-friendly?

This is at the heart of our approach!

  • Stationery & trays: We use FSC-certified paper and wood (from sustainably managed forests).
  • Packaging: We limit plastic as much as possible and use biodegradable or recyclable materials for our shipments.
What is the quality of the paper used for stationery?

We make no compromise on writing and drawing quality. Our notebooks, cards, and posters are printed on high-end creative papers (often textured), with a heavy weight that ensures excellent durability and prevents ink from bleeding through.

Who draws the illustrations?

This is the heart of our brand! All illustrations are original and exclusive creations. They are imagined and drawn in our studio in France, under the artistic direction of Claire Leina, the founder.
