1 - introduction.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.allthewaystosay.com.
The All the Ways to Say brand is operated by CLAIRE LEINA COMPANY, a French SARL (limited liability company) with a share capital of €196.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale set out the rights and obligations of CLAIRE LEINA COMPANY and of any person placing an order on the website.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
CLAIRE LEINA COMPANY reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms are those in force on the date the order is validated.
The customer agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account or validating an order.
2 - products.
The products offered for sale are those presented on the website www.allthewaystosay.com, subject to availability.
Product photographs, illustrations and visuals are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur, particularly due to screen settings, printing supports or manufacturing processes.
The essential characteristics of each product are indicated on its product page.
3 - product availability.
Products are offered subject to availability.
Despite regular updates to the website, a product may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been validated.
In this case, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible. They may then be offered:
- a refund for the item concerned; or
- if possible, an estimated restock date.
In the event of a refund, it will be issued via the payment method used when placing the order.
4 - prices.
Product prices are shown on the website in euros, all taxes included, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs are not included in the product prices. They are shown to the customer before final validation of the order.
CLAIRE LEINA COMPANY reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
5 - order.
The customer can place an order directly on www.allthewaystosay.com.
Before final validation of the order, the customer can review their cart, the total price, delivery costs, and their delivery and billing information.
The order is considered final once payment has been validated.
An order confirmation is sent to the customer by email to the address provided when placing the order.
CLAIRE LEINA COMPANY reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, non-payment or partial payment of a previous order, or suspected fraud.
6 - payment.
Payment can be made by:
- credit card;
- PayPal;
- any other payment method offered on the website at the time of the order.
It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay for an order via PayPal.
Payments are secured by the payment providers used on the website. Customers' banking details are not stored by CLAIRE LEINA COMPANY.
The order is considered validated upon receipt of full payment.
Products remain the property of CLAIRE LEINA COMPANY until the order has been paid in full.
7 - delivery.
7.1 Delivery areas
All the Ways to Say offers delivery within France and internationally, depending on the zones available at the time of the order.
For certain destinations, particularly long-haul or specific regions, the company may work with local distributors or partners to ensure better logistics management.
In such cases, some orders may not be processed directly through the main website and will need to be placed through the dedicated partner or ordering channel.

- Israel: distribution handled by a local partner;

7.2 Shipping times
Orders are generally shipped within 24 business hours, unless otherwise stated on the website or on the product page.
Shipments are made Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During periods of high demand, preparation times may be exceptionally extended.
7.3 Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier and any customs checks.
For guidance only:
- France: 3 to 5 business days;
- International: 7 to 30 business days depending on the destination.
The delivery times indicated do not account for delays related to customs procedures, periods of high demand, or events beyond the company's control.
7.4 Delivery methods
Orders may be shipped as:
- tracked letter;
- tracked parcel;
- registered letter;
- any other delivery method offered at the time of the order.
The delivery method depends on the weight and size of the order, the destination, and the option selected by the customer.
A tracking number is sent to the customer by email whenever the shipping method allows for it.
7.5 Tracking and delivery issues
All orders shipped with tracking come with a tracking number sent by email.
In the event of a delay, apparent loss, hold-up or delivery issue, the customer is invited to contact customer service at: orders@allthewaystosay.com.
CLAIRE LEINA COMPANY will, if necessary, open an investigation with the carrier to trace the parcel.
The seller remains the customer's point of contact for order tracking, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
7.6 Damaged parcel
If a parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, the customer is invited to:
- refuse the parcel where possible; or
- note precise reservations with the carrier;
- then contact customer service as soon as possible at: orders@allthewaystosay.com.
It is recommended to keep the packaging and to send photographs of the parcel and the damaged products in order to speed up the handling of the case.
7.7 Parcel not collected from a pickup point
When the customer chooses delivery to a pickup point, it is their responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe indicated by the carrier.
If the parcel is not collected within the given timeframe, it may be returned to All the Ways to Say.
In the event of a first return due to non-collection, the customer may choose between:
- having the order reshipped, with the new delivery costs at their expense; or
- a refund of the products, minus the delivery costs already incurred.
If the parcel is not collected again after being reshipped, All the Ways to Say reserves the right not to reship the order again and to refund only the amount of the products, minus the logistics costs incurred.
Delivery costs corresponding to a shipping service that was carried out correctly are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
7.8 Non-receipt of an order
In the event of non-receipt of an order, the customer is invited to contact customer service as soon as possible at: orders@allthewaystosay.com.
A check will then be carried out with the carrier.
8 - international delivery, customs and taxes.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees may be applied by the authorities of the destination country.
These fees, where applicable, remain the customer's responsibility and are not the responsibility of CLAIRE LEINA COMPANY.
The customer is invited to check with the relevant authorities in their country before placing an order.
Any delays related to customs clearance cannot be attributed to All the Ways to Say.
9 - shipping & returns page.

This page is intended to help customers understand and access the information more easily.
In the event of any contradiction between the FAQ page and these Terms and Conditions of Sale, these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail.
10 - right of withdrawal.
In accordance with the legal provisions applicable to distance selling, consumer customers have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.
As a commercial gesture, All the Ways to Say accepts return requests up to fifteen (15) days after receipt of the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform All the Ways to Say of their decision to withdraw, before the applicable deadline expires, by email at: orders@allthewaystosay.com, or via the return portal available from their customer account where applicable.
11 - exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, in particular:
- personalized products or products made to the customer's specifications;
- unsealed or damaged products that cannot be resold for hygiene or protection reasons;
- incomplete, used, damaged products, or products returned in a condition that prevents resale.
If any personalized products are offered on the website, this exception will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
12 - return conditions.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- returned in their original condition;
- unused;
- complete;
- suitable for resale;
- returned in their original packaging where this is necessary for their protection or resale.
Any product returned damaged, incomplete, used, soiled, or with packaging that is excessively deteriorated may be subject to a full or partial refund refusal, following inspection.
13 - return procedure.
To make a return, the customer is invited to follow this procedure:
- Submit a return request from their customer account or contact customer service at: orders@allthewaystosay.com.
- Provide the order number, the items concerned and the reason for the return.
- Carefully prepare the parcel, placing the items back in their original packaging where possible.
- Ship the parcel to the address provided by customer service.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a preparation error, a defective product, or a confirmed non-conformity.
14 - refunds.
After the returned items are received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the payment method used when placing the order.
When exercising the legal right of withdrawal, the refund will be issued in accordance with the applicable legal timeframes.
As a general guide, once the return has been received and validated, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
In the event of a partial order return, only the returned items will be refunded.
Standard delivery costs may be refunded under the conditions provided by law when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Additional costs related to choosing a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered are not refunded.
15 - defective item, preparation error, or non-conforming product.
If the customer receives an item that is defective, damaged, non-conforming, or does not match their order, they are invited to contact customer service as soon as possible at: orders@allthewaystosay.com.
The customer must provide their order number and, if possible, send photographs of the product concerned and its packaging.
After inspection, All the Ways to Say may offer, depending on the situation:
- replacement of the product (with an identical product, subject to availability);
- shipment of the missing or correct product;
- a refund for the product concerned; or
- any other suitable solution.
In the event of a preparation error or a product recognized as defective or non-conforming, return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.
16 - legal warranties.
Products sold on the website benefit from the applicable legal warranties, in particular:
- the legal warranty of conformity;
- the warranty against hidden defects.
These warranties apply independently of the right of withdrawal and of any commercial return policy.
The professional seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two years of delivery of the goods.

All the Ways to Say will review the request and offer a solution in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
17 - liability.
CLAIRE LEINA COMPANY cannot be held liable for failure to perform or improper performance of the contract due to:
- the customer's own actions;
- a case of force majeure;
- an unforeseeable and insurmountable event caused by a third party to the contract.
All the Ways to Say cannot be held liable for the consequences of improper use of the products by the customer.
Products offered on the website comply with applicable French regulations. It is the responsibility of customers residing outside of France to check with local authorities regarding the possibilities of importing or using the products ordered.
18 - force majeure.
CLAIRE LEINA COMPANY's liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control preventing the normal performance of its obligations.
Cases of force majeure include, in particular: strikes, natural disasters, fires, severe weather, transport blockages, major disruptions to postal or carrier services, administrative decisions, pandemics, or any other unforeseeable, irresistible, and external event.
19 - intellectual property.
All content on the website www.allthewaystosay.com is the exclusive property of All the Ways to Say or its rights holders.
This includes, in particular:
- text;
- photographs;
- illustrations;
- graphics;
- logos;
- creations;
- product pages;
- visual and editorial elements.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, modification, adaptation, or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.
