Official rules – “All the Ways to color” giveaway
Article 1 – Organiser
CLAIRE LEINA COMPANY, a limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of €196, operating the brand All the Ways to Say, organises a free giveaway called “All the Ways to color” on Instagram.
Article 2 – Duration
The giveaway runs from 15 October at 8:00 am to 31 October 2026 at 11:59 pm (Paris time).
Voting to decide between the 5 finalist creations will be open on Instagram until 5 November 2026 at 11:59 pm (Paris time).
Article 3 – Eligibility
The giveaway is open to any adult individual with an Instagram or Facebook account, subject to the conditions below.
Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, simply:
- Download the All the Ways to Say colouring page for free.
- Colour the illustration however you like.
- Post your creation on Instagram, as a post or a story, before 31 October 2026 at 11:59 pm.
- Tag @allthewaystosay and add the hashtag #AllTheWaysToColor to your post.
People with a private account may send their creation by direct message to @allthewaystosay before the deadline.
Each participant must post a creation they made themselves. Any incomplete entry, late entry or entry that does not meet these conditions may be disqualified.
Article 4 – Finalist selection and vote
At the end of the entry period, the All the Ways to Say team will select 5 creations from the valid entries.
Selection criteria may include creativity, originality and personal interpretation of the illustration.
The 5 selected creations will be featured on the Instagram account @allthewaystosay and put to a community vote until 5 November 2026.
The creation with the most votes when voting closes will be declared the winner.
In the event of a tie, the organiser will decide between the creations concerned using a criterion it will determine and communicate to participants.
Article 5 – Prize
The winner will receive an October Walks poster, size M, published by All the Ways to Say.
The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into cash.
Article 6 – Winner announcement
The winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram after voting closes.
If there is no reply within 7 calendar days of the first message, the organiser reserves the right to choose another winner.
Article 7 – Intellectual property and image rights
Participants remain the owners of their creations.
By entering, they authorise All the Ways to Say to reshare their creation on its social networks in order to showcase entries, highlight the finalists and announce the winner, crediting their Instagram account.
This authorisation is limited to communication related to the giveaway and gives rise to no payment.
Article 8 – Personal data
Any personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be used solely to manage entries, run the vote and contact the winner.
Participants may exercise their data protection rights by contacting press@allthewaystosay.com.
Article 9 – Liability
The giveaway is not organised, sponsored or administered by Instagram, and Instagram is not associated with it.
The organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the giveaway in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
Participation implies acceptance of these rules.
